Shipping Locations and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped directly from our Amazon FBA warehouse.
Your shipping/delivery time can vary from 3 to 8 days, excluding a preparation period of 1-2 business days. In some rare cases, the delivery time might rich up to 15 days. The final shipping time might be impacted by miscellaneous factors such as:
The availability of ordered items,
The destination of the shipment,
Logistic delay,

Customs, Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for customs taxes, duties or import charges. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note that these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
Shipping Address:
l Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including email address, telephone number, recipient’s name, and shipping address.
l We recommend keeping your phone available and checking your email after placing the order, so that our customer service or courier can reach you if needed.
l For shipments to China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), please provide the address in Chinese. Addresses in other languages may cause delivery delays.
l For shipments to Taiwan, China, please include your ID number in the order notes. Rest assured, your information will be used only for delivery purposes.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if you have selected a tracked service), allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may not be immediately available for international shipments.
