Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase of the order to schedule a return of unwanted items.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

LuxGoth will not pay the shipping costs for any return LuxGoth or the re-shipping costs for an exchange.

 

LuxGoth is not responsible for returned items we do not receive. When we receive your return package, you will receive the refund within 15 days.

 

Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
